Video Game Review: EA Sports Active More workouts

My mom & I recently purchased the 2nd of the EA sports Active software, EA sports More Workouts.
This is definitely a heavy challenging fitness workout. It has added some stretching & ab workouts. Also,
the lower body & upper body workouts are more challenging. I don't remmemnded this for seniors, try EA
Sports Active, & definitely not for beginners. You can choose your own workouts, & have a trainer right there pushing through. The scenery takes place on the beach, as opposed to a city park in EA sports Active. Remember before you start any exercise plan consult a physician & ask a fitness professional
to guide you through choose the right plan for you.

Video Game Review: Wii Fit plus

My mom & I  recently purchased this fitness software. Although the fitness & body weight tests are great, I don't like the generic settings of the games & characters. I also, feel that even though the yoga looks great & the strength training selection, I feel that these two caterigories should not be attempted by those in average or below average classification. Definitely not for seniors when considering these two catergories.
The games are nice if your a teen or child. The aerobics are to generic &  I rather use EA sports Active for my cardio & strength training. In addition, when I reveiwed EA sports Active I originally thought that it wasn't good for seniors or below average, that is until I went into their customize section where you can change the levels. I designed a right on routine for myself & my mother that has already yeilded results.

For those who don't have this movie service your missing out...or do you like paying $60 total to see the movie. Personally I don't mind to wait when it comes to savings. Not only that you can stream movies on your computer, wii, playstation 3 & Xbox. That is quite a deal when your a huge movie fan like me.

NBA: News: Orlando 106 Vs. Boston 109

This game was a nail-bitter, if it wasn't for Ryan Anderson#33 3-point shooting the Magic would have
lost this by 15 at least. Was alot of shooting & offense on both side, but Boston when it came down to
crunch time, they put down the D. Kevin Garnett#5 of Boston stole a key ball near the end, & Paul
Perice#34 made a key block at the end. The Magic needed to play harder, & Hedo needed to make
& take more shots. Dwight was his usual self, the rest filled in here & there, but it was Anderson who
made this a game.

Video Game Review: EA Sports Active

While video games review's aren't gonna be part of my Blog, I will from time to time
review the fitness active one's as these are becoming the new trend now-a-days. This
is great for average beginners, also great for those looking for something new to their
workouts. I felt a little worked with the workout it gave me, but becuase I am in the
pro fitness classification, I will have to add more on. You can also, because it gives you that
choice. AGAIN & Always if you haven't worked out or are starting a workout, whether
regular or like this consult your physician first & talk to a certified trainer to find your
personal fitness classification. I do not recommend this for seniors, those with health risks,
or beginners unless your under 40 & in average condition. All -in-all this is a change of pace
for those looking to spice up their workouts & maintain their fitness.

Movie Review: knight & Day

Just finished watching this flick & again a 3 star movie: action, chase goods & bad guys,
bang bang, while fast-paced dialog. Truely a Tom Criuse movie, with Cameron Diaz playing
Huh, what's going on thing. Movies like this seem to be the trend of that season of films...Lots of vision effects, fast-paced no plot...3 stars

 This is a recent book that i added to my collection of studies. It will further my education in senior home health care, it covers everthing about health care: legal, ethics & basic health safety & complex issues like those on ventilitors + environmental stuff. I think it will be a great addition to further my education. What do you think?

Movie Review: A-team

Mom & I watched this flick... lots of action & dialog, not much plot & story.
The characters where OK, liam Nelson played a good part as hanabial smith,
all the other characters were just filler character & lines. The action & dialog
were the only thing going for this film, a "true" guys film...3 stars

Sanlando Springs:Longwood,Fla. Seminole County

To those of you who know, this area of Longwood & Sanlando is known as Wekiva Springs.
It is one of many places that i love about Seminole County. Long ago its name was Sanlando
Springs & was a popular place back in the 30's & 40's for the likes of people like President
Theodore Roosevelt. As you know he spent some of his time in a wheel chair & believed that
the springs provide healing properties which later made this area a hit with tourists. Today, after
the massive development that occurred to this area from 1970-on, there is only  small areas
left where you can get that feel like your one with nature. I would visit one of these such places
& experience such a time of long ago, watching river otters, birds, & enjoy a dip once-in- while
in the river & spring well. It was especially great after a tough day of basketball, or an injury.
Also, one of the best things about the water is that it stays a continuous 55 degrees all year
around. But be careful if you find this place...there is a native wander who you may stumble on
who will interrupt you moment of peace.

Mom & I also watched this movie which is a typically take hostage/hold'em up
theme. John plays the bad guy, & dezel is his typical cocky but straight up hero.
Lots of action & dialog, but not much story...2.5 stars

Mom & I watched this 1978 movie. She hadn't seen this classic picture yet.
One of the first, & a cult classic done with the lastest special effects of that
time. The story was ok & the effects were great...this gets 4 stars
